Bought a Single Family home in 2020 in Weston, CT.
It was a sincerely pleasure working with Maryanne. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and well prepared for every home showing we had. It was challenging environment with the pandemic and Maryanne handled it like a pro and didn't miss beat. She prepared a list of documents for every showing that included the description of the house, floor plans and even assessment form to jot down notes as you walked through the showing. We had to bring our boys and she even packed snacks for them! Really appreciative of that, she really went out of her way. She would send suggested listings and followed very quickly with additional information for any home we showed interest. When it came down to providing a bid, she was well prepared with comparisons. Maryanne was incredibly patient and after several houses later we found our home. She was quick to set up inspections and was on top of all tasks leading up to and including post inspections. We encountered delays due to bandwidth issues with our mortgage company and Maryanne, continued to followup and push them. We encountered delays through out the process due to the pandemic but she persistent and diligent with all the followups. We don't know what we've done with out her! We highly recommend Maryanne.

Maryanne possess all the traits that make for a great agent: trustworthy, proactive, mindful in her selection criteria, knowledgeable of multiple towns and approaches to home improvements, and aggressive in negotiations. She's also everything that you want in a trusted friend: reliable, responsive, kind, and family-focused. The friendship our families forged will transcend the home-buying process!
Maryanne was with us every step of way as we searched for homes across a large swath of Southern Connecticut (Fairfield, New Haven, and Middlesex Counties). She was sensitive to our selection criteria and helped us parse out the right properties to travel to, saving us a ton of time and effort. She had a lot of knowledge of various towns, helping us to considerate key factors in every location (utilities, schools, market trends, etc.). Ultimately, we found a property in Newtown and she led a negotiation process that landed us a dream property for a price that was below budget for us.
It's worth pointing out that Maryanne was driving all across Southern CT for us, yet was always excited to look at the next property and always responsive to new ideas. She is an inherently warm person, someone who is family-focused and helped us make home-buying decisions in line with our values as well as our preferences on paper. Maryanne is an outstanding real estate agent. She worked incredibly hard over the course of several months to help me buy my condo. She is very organized and never got frustrated even when I pivoted to buying a condo instead of a house. She also guided me to a good mortgage broker when my bank fell through. At closing she gave me a binder with all documents relating to the purchase with everything clearly labeled. I cannot recommend Maryanne enough. Consider yourself lucky if you are one of her clients. I interacted with many other agents when I began the home buying process and she was far better than anyone else. Not pushy, never one to try and over sell a property just to get a quick commission like so many others. She really cares about getting the right place for you which is rare to see out of anyone in a sales position.
